摘    要:目的探讨正中神经短潜时体感诱发电位(mediannerveshortlatencysomatosensoryevokedpotential,MNSLSEP)分析方法。方法用多功能生理反应记录仪对130名健康人及62例单侧大脑半球缺血性完全性卒中患者和30例地方性克汀病患者进行MNSLSEP测定。结果NT+W测算法克服了现今国际公认的MNSLSEP分析指标N20N9、N20N13受个体身高及周围神经传导速度(peripheralnerveconductionvelocity,PNCV)差异影响,其变异系数较N20N9、N20N13小;可显著降低假阴性及假阳性病例的发生。结论采用NT+W=N20-1.31N9公式作为MNSLSEP的分析指标,可明显提高MNSLSEP临床应用的准确性

Abstract:Objective To investigate analytical methods for median nerve short latency somatosensory evoked potential(MN SLSEP).Methods Multiple function recorder of physiological response was adopted in 130 healthy persons,62 patients with unilateral hemispheric ischemic stroke and 30 patients with endemic cretinism for determination of MN SLSEP.Results The formula NT W=N 20 - 1.31 N 9 could avoid the affects of body height and peripheral nerve conduction velocity on N 20 N 9 and N 20 N 13 value recommended internationally.There was less coefficient of variation in NT W than that in N 20 N 9 and N 20 N 13 value.The new analytical method aided in reduction of false negative and postive findings in clinical use.Conclusion The formula NT W=N 20 - 1.31 N 9 was used to analyse the MN SLSEP,which could raise the accuracy of MN SLSEP.
