促红细胞生成素对慢性肾功能不全患者心脏功能的影响

目的：了解促红细胞生成素（EPO）对慢性肾功能不全（CRF）患者心脏功能的影响。方法：56例CRF并有贫血、心功能不全患者，把病人分为2组，42例采用EPO治疗贫血，14例未用EPO为对照组，进行为期六个月的前瞻性心脏功能分析评价，检测胸片、血色素、心脏彩超检查。结果：于治疗六个月后EPO治疗组心脏功能较治疗前有显著改善（P〈0.05），而对照组上述指标无明显变化（P〉0．05）。结论：发现使用EPO治疗CRF患者贫血能明显改善心脏功能。

Effect of Erythropoietin on Cardiac Function of the Patients with Chronic Renal Failure

Objective:To investigate the effect of eryfhropoietin(Epo) on the cardiac function of the patients with chronic renal failure(CRF).Methods: Fifty-six patients with chronic renal failure complicated with anemia and cardiac function insufficiency were divided into two group: 42 in treatment group were treated by erythropoietin on anemia and 14 in control group were only treated conventionally without erythropoietin.The cardiac function was evaluated and the thoracic radiography,blood pigment,and color ultrsonic test were completed in six moths after treatment.Results: The cardiac function of patients in treatment group was obvious improved after six months of treatment,but the cardiac function of patients in control group didn't change.Conclusion: Treatment of anemia of chronic renal failure with erythropoietin could marked improve the cardiac function.
