| 摘 要： | 为探讨脑梗塞患者脂蛋白（Ａ）水平与肾脏早期损害的关系，应用ＥＬＩＳＡ法及化学显色终点法分别检测４０例梗塞患者血清ＬＰ（Ａ）水平和尿氨基葡萄糖苷酶活力。结果表明，脑梗塞组血ＬＰ（Ａ）及ＮＡＧ均明显高于正常对照组，且ＬＰ（Ａ）值与尿ＮＡＧ活力呈正相关。

| Abstract: | The serum level of lipoprotein(A)Lp(A)]and the urinary level of N-acetyl-glucosaminidase(NAG)were determined in 40 patients with cerebral infarction and 30 normal controls.The results showed that the serum Lp(A) and urinary NAG were remarkably increased in the patients in comparison with the controls(P<0 001,P<0 01).The serum Lp(A) significantly correlated with urinary NAG(r=0.38,P<0.01).It suggested that Lp(A) was a risk factor to early damage of kidney in the patients with cerebral infarction. |
