| 摘 要： | 目的探讨炎琥宁注射联合云南白药敷脐治疗轮状病毒感染性腹泻的临床疗效。方法将600例确诊为轮状病毒感染性腹泻患儿随机分为观察组和对照组各300例。观察组采用炎琥宁注射与云南白药敷脐联合治疗，对照组采用利巴韦林静脉注射，比较两组的疗效。结果观察组临床疗效优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论炎琥宁注射与云南白药敷脐联合治疗轮状病毒感染性腹泻的疗效显著。
