| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨剖宫产术后再次妊娠的最佳分娩方式。方法:对78例剖宫产后再次妊娠的孕妇的分娩方式进行回顾性分析。结果:选择阴道试产50例,阴道分娩成功38例;剖宫产40例。结论:剖宫产史并非再次剖宫产的绝对指征,无试产禁忌的剖宫产史孕妇,在设备和技术力量有保证的医院,只要有试产的条件,应予充分试产。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To establish the optimal delivery mode for woman previously received cesarean section.Methods:3 years in our hospital 78 cases of pregnancy after cesarean delivery for pregnant woman conducted retrospective analysis.Results:Among the 78 cases.50 cases were tried for spontaneous vaginal labor.There are 38 cases was successed.forty cases were selected to receive cesarean section again.Conclusion:The history of cesarean section is not the indication for cesarean section again.It shoald be strickly gr... |
