| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨5年来某地区大肠疾病构成情况和特征。方法:回顾分析总结2196例患者大肠镜的诊断资料。结果:共完成大肠镜检查2104例,未见异常669例,其余镜检出10种大肠疾病,其中急慢性结肠炎1094例(49.8%),大肠息肉218例(9.9%),大肠癌137例(6.2%),溃疡性结肠炎55例(2.5%),大肠黑病变9例(0.4%),其它少见病14例(0.6%)。结论:大肠息肉、大肠癌已成为大肠的主要疾病,对有下消化道症状者应常规行大肠镜检查。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the composition and characteristics of colorectal disease in the last 5 years in this area.Methods:The data of 2196 patients undergoing electronic colonoscopic examination from January 2005 to December 2009 were summarized.Results:Colonoscopic examination was succeeded in 2104 cases,669 cases were normal.While ten kinds of diseases were founded in the other 1435 cases.In these cases,1094(49.8%) cases suffered acute or chronic colitis,218(9.9%) cases suffered colorectal polyps,137(6.2%) ... |
