羟苯磺酸钙对肾间质纤维化大鼠纤维连接蛋白表达的影响

摘    要:目的研究羟苯磺酸钙对肾间质纤维化(renal interstitial fribrosis,RIF)大鼠纤维连接蛋白(fibronectin,FN)表达的影响。方法将42只SD大鼠随机分为假手术组(Sham组)、RIF模型组(UUO组)及羟苯磺酸钙治疗组(CDT组),采用单侧输尿管梗阻术制备RIF模型,分别观察术后7,14 d大鼠梗阻侧肾脏的纤维化程度和FN表达情况。结果与Sham组比较,UUO组大鼠术后7 d左肾肾间质纤维组织面积增加,FN表达增强,术后14 d加重(P<0.01)。与UUO组比较,CDT组术后7和14 d左肾间质纤维组织面积均减少,FN表达均减弱(P<0.01)。UUO组和CDT组大鼠左肾FN与RIF面积呈正相关(P<0.01)。结论羟苯磺酸钙通过抑制FN的表达从而减轻UUO大鼠RIF。
