乙肝病毒感染肝癌患者术后预后的多因素分析

[摘要] 目的 评估乙肝病毒感染的肝癌患者临床特征及因素对手术治疗预后的影响。方法 回顾性分析211例接受手术治疗的乙肝病毒感染的肝癌患者，用COX比例风险回归模型进行单因素和多因素分析，Kaplan-Meier法进行生存曲线绘制，Log-rank检验P值。结果 单因素分析提示TNM分期、治疗方式、门脉癌栓、肿块横径、AFP、GGT、AST、首发症状、抗病毒治疗影响乙肝病毒感染的肝癌患者的手术治疗预后（P值＜0.05），多因素分析GGT、AST、首发症状、抗病毒治疗为独立预后因素（P值＜0.05）。结论 GGT、AST、首发症状、抗病毒治疗为影响乙肝病毒感染的肝癌患者的手术治疗独立预后因素，乙肝病毒感染患者临床应该积极予以抗病毒治疗。

Prognosis of hepatocellular carcinoma patients with HBV infection after liver surgery: a multivariate analysis
