中西医结合治疗老年中晚期非小细胞肺癌92例临床观察

目的中西医结合治疗老年中晚期非小细胞肺癌。方法永州市中医院从2005年8月至2009年7月以来通过对92例老年非小细胞肺癌患者的随机分组治疗,对近期疗效、毒副反应及生活质量改变进行比较。结果治疗组总缓解率52.2%,中位生存期20.7个月,对照组总缓解率30.4%,中位生存期15.8个月,两组缓解率经统计学处理有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗老年中晚期非小细胞肺癌是注重局部顾及整体相结合的治疗方法,在老年中晚期肺癌的综合治疗中不失为一种行之有效的手段,可以认为中医药在肺癌的治疗中占有重要地位。
