糖尿病合并肺结核150例临床分析

目的观察糖尿病合并肺结核患者临床特征。方法对我院150例糖尿病合并肺结核患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果糖尿病合并肺结核患者以咳嗽咯痰、纳差乏力、心悸气促为主要临床表现，低热盗汗不明显；肺部影像学改变以病灶形态呈大片融合或斑块为主，多见于酪空洞及支气管播散灶；临床易误诊；血糖控制差者肺结核疗效差。结论糖尿病合并肺结核时二者互有不利影响，在肺结核、糖尿病患者诊疗过程中，应作结核、糖尿病的实验室过筛检查，做到早诊断、早治疗。

Clinical Analysis on 150 Cases of Diabetes Complicated with Pulmonary Tuberculosis

Objective To observe the clinical manifestations on diabetes patients complicated with pulmonary tuberculosis.Method Clinical data of 150 patients in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed.Results The main clinical manifestations of the patients were cough with profuse sputum,anorexia and debilitation,cardiopalmus and breathlessness.Low-grade fever and night-sweat were not obviously.In pulmonary imageology,the main changes were mass confluence or plaque which found in caseous cavity and bronchidissemination focus of infection.The patients have usually been misdiagnosed in clinical practice.It had no good curative effect for pulmonary tuberculosis patient whose blood glucose was not well-controlled.Conclusions There are disadvantage affect with one another when diabetes complicates with pulmonary tuberculosis,so in the process of diagnosis and therapy with patients who suffer from pulmonary tuberculosis or diabetes we should screen the information came from laboratory examination,then practice early diagnosis and early treatment.
