| 摘 要： | 目的研究参附注射液对兔心肌缺血再灌注损伤的心肌保护作用。方法选白兔20只，分为参附组和对照组，对照组结扎冠脉左前降支30min，放松套管再灌注100min；参附组以2mL/kg注入参附注射液30min后再按对照组操作。测定结扎前（T0）、结扎30min（T1）、再灌注60min（T2）、再灌注100min（T3）血浆NO、ET的含量。结果参附组NO的变化在T1、T2、T3与T0相比有所上升（P〈0．05）；参附组ET的变化在T1、T2、T3与T0相比有所降低（P〈0．05）。且与对照组T1、T2、T3相比差异有非常显著意义（P〈0．01）。结论参附注射液能明显减轻心肌缺血-再灌注的损伤，对心肌具有保护作用。 |
