流行性出血热的肾脏和腹水超声改变及其临床意义

报道确诊为流行性出血热的７８例病人的肾脏和腹水的Ｂ超表现，结果显示患者早期即可有肾脏肿大，肾锥体肿胀，中心集合系统受压变窄，肾实质回声增粗、增强、肾周暗带等特征性改变，并可出现不同程度的腹水。根据这些改变可早期确诊。并依据声像图进行分型。这对临床分期，估计预后，指导治疗均有重要意义。

Ultrasonography of the Kidney and the Ascites in the EHF and Its Clinical Significance

The ultrosonography of the kidney and the ascites of 78 cases with EHF was reported.The enlarged kidney, the renal pyramids swelling, the compressed renal collecting systems, the increased renal contex echogenicity,the hypoechogenicity areas around the kidney and the ascites in different extent were detected in early stage,The diagnosis could be done in time, depending on the special change. The patients could be classified, acording to the image. It would be great value in determining the clinical stage,assessing the prognosis and quiding the treatment.
