| 摘 要： | 注意缺陷多动障碍(ADHD)是一种常见的儿童行为问题,以注意维持的缺损、冲动性及多动性为其主要特征。近些年,ADHD儿童在各种神经心理功能领域上的缺陷均得到了证实,其中包括智力、注意与抑制、言语和空间工作记忆、定势转换、计划和监控等。一些有关ADHD心理机制的重要理论也被相继提出,其中代表性的有反应抑制模型、认知能量模型、双通道理论和状态调节理论。 |
