脊柱失稳相关疾病的治疗研究

摘    要:目的:研究探讨治疗脊柱失稳相关性疾病的临床效果。方法:对2066例脊柱失稳相关疾病患者分别应用以下方法治疗:(1)椎间盘切除文登型椎间融合器(WDFC)植入治疗颈椎失稳性伤病。(2)侧前方减压植骨双凤尾钢板固定术治疗胸腰椎爆裂性骨折。(3)弧轨自锁椎弓根矫形固定系统复位内固定术治疗胸腰椎骨折脱位。(4)单钉-沟槽柱翼钢板复位内固定术治疗腰椎滑脱症。(5)经棘突截骨节段减压后稳定结构重建术治疗腰椎管狭窄症。(6)充气式弹性脊柱固定牵引系统治疗屈曲型胸腰椎骨折。并随访。结果:随访10个月-9年。损伤椎骨的愈合、椎间高度恢复、脊柱序列恢复、神经功能的恢复均达到良好效果。结论:我们创新设计的中医内外固定器械和手术等治疗脊柱失稳性疾病具有较好的临床治疗效果。

Abstract:Objective: To explore clinical curative effect of the treatment for spinal unsteadiness associated diseases, Methods: Two thousand and sixty--six cases were treated as follows: (1) Operative treatment of cervical fracture dislocation and unstahilization using discectomy and WDFC. (2) Latero--anterior decompression bone grafting and double phoenix-- tail plate fixation in the treatment of thoracolumbar vertebral blowout fracture. (3) Operative treatment of the thoracolumbar vertebral fracture dislocation for positioning and internal fixation using the arc--track private lock pedicle orthopedics fixation system. (4) Treatment for lumbar spondylolisthesis using single nail--grooved tail steel plate. (5) Treatment of lumbar vertebral canal stenosis by cutting bone segment decompression of the processus spinosus and reconstruction of post --stabilization structure. (6) Treatment of flection thoraco--lumbar vertebral fracture with the system of aerated elastic fixation tractor, All the cases were followed up. Result: All patients were followed up from 10 months to 9 years. Satisfac tory results were obtained in the healing of the damaged vertebrae, recovery of the height of intervertebral space, recovery of spinal column sequence and nerve function. Conclusion: Our innovative designs of Chinese internal and external fixation devices and surgical operations for spinal unsteadiness associated diseases have better clinical therapeutic effect.
