丙泊酚在无痛人工流产患者中综合应用价值的研究

目的：观察和研究丙泊酚在无痛人流患者中的综合应用价值。方法：选择2011年8月-2012年11月在本院进行人工流产的180例健康孕妇，随机将其分为对照组89例和观察组91例，对照组给予局部麻醉进行治疗，观察组给予丙泊酚进行治疗，对两组间及组内不同妊娠时间的患者的镇痛效果、宫颈松弛情况、生命体征、人流综合征发生率进行比较。结果：观察组的镇痛效果、宫颈松弛情况、生命体征、人流综合征情况均明显优于对照组，比较差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05），而两组孕妇在不同妊娠时间内比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论：丙泊酚的镇痛效果好，并且对不同妊娠时间的孕妇都有效，在无痛人流中综合应用价值较高。

Study on the Comprehensive Application Value of Propofol in Patients with Painless Induced Abortion

Objective： To observe and study the comprehensive application value of propofolin patients with painless induced abortion.Method： 180 healthy pregnant women for induced abortion from August 2011 to November 2011 in our hospital were divided into 89 cases of the control group and 91 cases of the experimental group, the control group was given conventional local anesthesia and the experimental group was given propofol treatment, then the analgesic effect, the cervix relaxation rate, vital signs and abortion syndrome of two groups were compared.Result： The anesthesia effect and vital signs of the experimental group was better than the control group; the cervix relaxation rate of the experimental group was significant higher than the control group; the abortion syndrome incidence of the experimental group was significantly lower than the control group, there were statistically significant differences （ P〈0.05 ） .But there was no significant in two groups of pregnant women in different gestation time （ P〉0.05 ） .Conclusion： Propofol is safe and effective, and it has an effective effect on different gestation time, the comprehensive value of propofol is higher.
