可吸收骨折内固定螺钉治疗肩关节前脱位并肱骨大结节撕脱骨折22例分析

目的：探讨肩关节脱位伴大结节骨折复位后行内固定和外固定的临床疗效。方法：回顾分析40例肩关节脱位伴大结节骨折采用手法复位外固定和大结节内可吸收螺钉内固定在疗效方面的差异。结果：全部病例获随访6～18个月，平均13．4个月，内固定组治疗肩关节脱位伴大结节骨折的优良率为90．9％，手法复位外固定组为55．6％，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：内固定治疗在疗效方面优于外固定治疗。

The Analysis of 22 Cases of Anterior Dislocation of Shoulder Joint and Humerus Avulsion Fracture of the Greater Tuberosity Treated by Absorbable Internal Screw Fixation

Objective： To explore the clinical curative effect of internal fixation and external fixation in treatment of shoulder joint dislocation with greater tuberosity fracture.Method： 40 cases of a anterior dislocation of shoulder joint and humerus avulsion fracture of the greater tuberosity were retrospectively analyzed, the difference of the clinical observation who were treated by manual reposition and exopexy and the absorbable screw fixation were compared. Result： All the patients were visited for 6-18 months, the average follow time was 13.4 months. The excellent and good rate of absorbable internal screw fixation treatment was90.9% and the excellent and good rate of manual reposition treatment was 55.6%, there were significant statistical difference between the two methods （ P〈0.05 ） .Conclusion： Internal fixation treatment on curative effect is superior to external fixation treatment.
