输尿管镜气压弹道碎石在泌尿系结石患者中的应用价值研究

目的：研究探讨输尿管镜气压弹道碎石在泌尿系结石患者中的应用价值。方法：选取2011年10月-2013年4月于本院进行治疗的120例泌尿系结石患者为研究对象，将患者随机分为对照组（钬激光碎石术组）60例和观察组（输尿管镜气压弹道碎石术组）60例，然后将两组中不同部位结石患者中的总有效率与并发症发生情况进行分析与比较。结果：观察组中输尿管结石与膀胱结石的总有效率均高于对照组，且并发症的总发生率较对照组的低，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：输尿管镜气压弹道碎石在泌尿系结石患者中的应用价值较高，效果好，安全性也较高。

Study on the Application Value of Ureteroscopic Pneumatic Ballistic Lithotripsy in the Treatment of Patients with Urinary Calculus

Objective： To study and investigate the application value of ureteroscopic pneumatic ballistic lithotripsy in the treatment of patients with urinary calculus.Method： 120 patients with urinary calculus in our hospital from October 2011 to April 2013 were selected as research object, and 120 cases were randomly divided into control group （ holmium laser lithotripsy group ） 60 eases and observation group （ ureteroscopic pneumatic ballistic lithotripsy group ） 60 cases, then the total effective rate of different position of stones and complications situation of two groups were analyzed and compared.Result： The total effective rate of observation group at different position of stones were higher than those of control group, totall complication rate was lower than that of control group, there were all significant differences （ P〈0.05 ） . Conclusion： The application value of ureteroscopie pneumatic ballistic lithotripsy in patients with urinary calculus is higher, and its effect is better, the safety is higher too.
