射频治疗跖疣的疗效观察

目的：探讨射频治疗仪治疗跖疣的临床疗效。方法：选择本院门诊跖疣患者120例，随机分为治疗组和对照组各60例。治疗组采用康普XVC-11型皮肤射频治疗仪治疗，对照组采用CO2激光治疗仪治疗，治疗6个月后观察和记录皮损情况。结果：治疗组痊愈率为53．3％明显高于对照组的35．O％，比较差异有统计学意义（x^2=4．07，P〈0．05）；治疗组有效率为78．3％明显高于对照组的55．O％，两组比较差异有统计学意义（x^2=7．33，P〈0．01）。且治疗组不良反应和复发率明显少于对照组，比较差异均有统计学意义。结论：射频治疗跖疣，具有操作简便、无强光刺激、无刺鼻烟尘、Ih血功能好、损伤小、见效懊、疗效肯帘等优点．津议临床推广傅用．

Clinical Study on Radio Frequency Treatment of Verruca Plantaris
