T—SPOT．TB在菌阴肺结核中的诊断价值

目的：评价γ干扰素释放结核感染T细胞斑点试验（T-SPOT．TB）检测在菌阴肺结核中的诊断价值。方法：将本院住院确诊菌阴肺结核67例患者作为观察组，同期入住的124例肺炎患者作为对照组，两组进行T—SPOT．TB、结核抗体、结核菌素试验（PPD）等检测。结果：T．SPOT．TB在菌阴肺结核组中的敏感性（89．6％）和特异性（91．1％）均高于对照组，比较差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论：T—SPOT．TB在诊断菌阴肺结核方面具有较高的敏感性和特异性，对菌阴肺结核有着重要的诊断价值。

The Value of T-SPOT.TB in Diagnosis of Smear-negative Pulmonary Tuberculosis

Objective： To evaluate the diagnostic value of T-SPOT.TB in smear negative pulmonarytuberculosis.Method： Sixty-seven smear negative tuberculosis patients （ the observation group ） and 124 pneumonia patients （ the control group ） were enrolled in the test.The two groups were given γ-SPOT.TB, PPD and tuberculosis antibody （ TBAb ） test.Result： The sensibility and specificity of T-SPOT.TB test in observation group were 89.6% and 91.1%, which were significant higher than those of PPD test and TBAb test （ P〈0.01 ） .Conclusion： T-SPOT.TB test has high sensibility and specificity in the diagnosis of smear negative pulmonary tuberculosis.It has important value in clinical.
