剖宫产瘢痕部位早期妊娠保守治疗的探讨

目的：探讨米非司酮＋氨甲蝶呤联合中药在剖宫产瘢痕部位早期妊娠（CSP）保守治疗中的可行性及临床效果。方法：回顾分析2008年3月-2012年7月本院收治的15例CSP患者临床资料,应用米非司酮＋氨甲喋呤联合中药保守治疗,根据血hCG情况酌情选择B超监测下清宫术。结果：14例患者保守治疗成功,l例患者经手术切除妊娠组织。结论：米非司酮＋氨甲喋呤联合中药对CSP的保守治疗是安全、有效、可行的。

A Study of the Conservative Treatments for Early Cesarean Scar Pregnancy

Objective： To explore the feasibility and clinical effects of the conservative treatments for early cesarean scar pregnancy with mifepristone and methotrexate combined with traditional Chinese medicine. Method： Retrospectively analyzed the clinical datas of 15 patients of early cesarean scar pregnancy in our hospital from March 2008 to July 2012, conservative treatment with mifepristone and methotrexate combined with traditional Chinese medicine, choosed B ultrasound monitoring curettage according to the blood hCG discretionary. Result： 14 cases of patients with conservative treatment success, 1 patients after surgical removal of the pregnancy tissue. Conclusion： Conservative treatments of early cesarean scar pregnancy with mifepristone and metbotrexate combined with traditional Chinese medicine is effective, safe and feasible.
