乳糖酸阿奇霉素治疗小儿支气管肺炎临床效果观察

目的：对乳糖酸阿奇霉素治疗小儿支气管肺炎的临床疗效与安全性进行分析。方法：选取2011年3月-2013年5月本院收治的小儿支气管肺炎患者84例，随机分为对照组与观察组各42例，在常规治疗基础上，对照组给予阿莫西林克拉维酸钾治疗，观察组给予乳糖酸阿奇霉素治疗，对比两组临床疗效与不良反应发生情况。结果：观察组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组，不良反应发生率显著低于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论：在小儿支气管肺炎治疗中，乳糖酸阿奇霉素具有显著临床疗效，可有效缓解患儿临床症状，大幅提高患儿生活质量，值得在临床中推广。

The Clinical Effect Observation on Lactose Acid Azithromycin Treats Infantile Bronchial Pneumonia

Objective： To explore the clinical curative effect and security of the lactose acid azithromycin treats infantile bronchial pneumonia. Method： 84 patients with infantile hronchopneumonia were chosen in our hospital from March 2011 to May 2011, 42 cases were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, on the basis of conventional treatment, the control group was given amoxicillin elavulanic acid potassium treatment, the treatment group was given lactose acid azithromyein treatment, compared the clinical curative effect and adverse reactions of the two groups. Result： The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than control group, the incidence of adverse reactions was significantly lower than the control group （ P〈0.05 ） . Conclusion： In the treatment of children who has bronchial pneumonia, lactose acid azithromycin has significant clinical effect, it can relieve clinical symptoms effectively, and can raise the quality of children＇ s life, is worth popularization in clinical.
