血清PCT和CRP联合检测在儿科感染中的临床价值

目的：探讨血清PCT和CRP联合检测在儿科感染中的临床价值。方法：应用免疫荧光定量法和乳胶免疫比浊法分别检测172例儿科感染患者及78例正常体检儿童血清PCT和CRP水平。结果：细菌感染组PCT及其阳性率明显高于非细菌感染组和正常对照组（P〈0.05）,而非细菌感染组和正常对照组的PCT及其阳性率无明显差异;细菌感染组和非细菌感染组CRP及其阳性率比较差异均无统计学意义（P〉0.05）,但均高于正常对照组,且差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：联合检测感染患儿的血清PCT和CRP,具有敏感度及特异度高的特点,有助于感染疾病的鉴别诊断及预后判断,对指导合理应用抗菌素有其重要的临床意义。

Clinical Value of Serum PCT Combine CRP Detection in Pediatric Infections

Objective： To explore clinical value of serum Procalcitonin （ PCT ）combine C-reactive protein （ CRP ）detection in pediatric infections. Method： Serum PCT and CRP levels of 172 pediatric infection patients and 78 normal children were detected by Immunofluorescence quantitative method and latex turbidimetric immunoassay respectively. Result： PCT and its positive rate of bacterial infection group was obviously higher than that of the bacterial infection group and normal control group （ P〈0.05 ）, the bacterial infection group and normal control group of PCT and its positive rate comparative had no difference; Bacterial infection group and the CRP and its positive rate to compare differences between the bacterial infection group were no statistical significance （ P〉0.05 ）, but were higher than in normal control group, and the difference is statistically significant （ P〈0.05 ） . Conclusion： Serum PCT combine CRP detected has the characteristics of high sensitivity and specificity, contribute to differential diagnosis and prognosis, guide reasonable usage of antibiotics to pediatric infection.
