| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨冲动性人格因素与自杀行为之间的关系，提出针对性的预防措施。方法 对81例自杀未遂和按1：1匹配对照组进行问卷调查。结果 自杀未遂组冲动性量表平均得分高明于对照组，经经验有显性差异。多因素条件logistic回归分析发现，冲动性与自杀未遂呈正相关，具有统计学意义；结论：冲动性人格特征是自杀的重要危险因素之一，预防自杀行为应结合不同人格特征区别对待。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To study the relationship between impulsivity and suicide attempt.Methods Questionnaire were conducted in 81 suicide attempters matched according to ratio of one to one.Results The mean scores on inventory in impulsivity in the suicide attempt group were higher than those in the control group.The statistic difference was significant.A logistic regression analysis indicated that impulsivity had significantly positive associated with lifetime suicide attempt.Conclusion The data showed that impulsivity might play a triggering role for suicide attempts.To prevent suicide attempt should combine with people's characteristics. |
