| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨简易感觉检查（EST）及神经传导速度（NCV）检查在诊断糖尿病周围神经病变（DPN）中的异同点和相关性，为临床选择提供依据。方法：根据有无DPN临床症状将353例2型糖尿病患者分为有症状组和无症状组，进行下肢EST（包括：振动觉、触觉、痛觉和温度觉）和NCV检测，比较两种检查的异同点和相关性。结果：EST的总异常率比NCV高（P〈0．05）。在NCV正常的患者中，EST的异常率为30．4％；在EST正常的患者中，NCV的异常率为24．8％。两种检查结果有相关性（P〈0．05）。结论：EST与NCV检查显著相关，但不能完全相互替代。在广大低层医院，建议采用方便、省时、经济的简易神经检查。

| Abstract: | Objective： To evaluate the correlation and similarities and differences between easy sensory testing（EST） and nerve conduction velocity（NCV） of diabetic peripheral neuropathy（DPN） patients. Methods： 353 patients of type 2 diabetes mellitus （T2DM） were divided into two groups according to with or without DPN symptoms. EST and NCV were detected of lower limbs. Then the compare was executed between EST and NCV. Results： Abnormality rates of EST were all significantly higher than these of NCV（P〈0.05）. There was significantly correlation between EST and NCV（（2010）05P〈0. 05）. Conclusions.. There is significant correlation between EST and NCV, but EST and NCV can not completely replace each other. |
