| 摘 要： | 中共十八大提出坚持走中国特色的军民融合式发展，是新时期做出的重大战略决策。本院在践行军民融合式发展的道路上做有益的探索，通过建立和完善军民融合的人才培养体系、学科发展体系、研究创新体系，收到显著效益，提高医院的人才队伍建设、学科建设、科研创新能力，同时对提升医院的卫勤保障能力起到推动作用。

| Abstract: | This study summarized the practical experience of civilian-military integration development in a military hospital.Through establishing and perfecting civilian-military integration system of talents cultivation, subject development system, and the research innovation system, the hospital's talent team construction, subject construction, scientific research innovation ability, and the medical support ability could be improved significantly. |
