基于麦肯锡7S 模型对转化医学基础设施管理

为推动医学基础研究成果快速向临床应用转化，提高诊治水平，我国在“十二五”期间重点布局、优先安排建设一批国家级转化医学重大科技基础设施。本文试以生物治疗转化医学国家重大科技基础设施为例，基于麦肯锡7S 模型，围绕设施的战略愿景、风格、共同价值观以及组织结构、人员和技能需求，探索对该类设施的管理创新。

Management of National Major Science and Technology Infrastructure for Translational Medicine：An Analysis Based on McKinsey’s 7S Model

In order to accelerate the progress of transferring basic research findings to clinical applications , so as to improve capacity in diagnosis and treatment , China has given priority to building up a group of National Major Science and Technology (S&T) infrastructures for translational medicine during the 12th Five -Year Program (2011 -15).By applying McKinsey’s 7S Model to the national major S&T infrastructure for biotherapy translational medicine, this paper analyzed strategy, style, shared values, structure, staff and skills for such S&T infrastructure for translational medicine.
