摘 要: | 为推动医学基础研究成果快速向临床应用转化,提高诊治水平,我国在“十二五”期间重点布局、优先安排建设一批国家级转化医学重大科技基础设施。本文试以生物治疗转化医学国家重大科技基础设施为例,基于麦肯锡7S 模型,围绕设施的战略愿景、风格、共同价值观以及组织结构、人员和技能需求,探索对该类设施的管理创新。

Management of National Major Science and Technology Infrastructure for Translational Medicine:An Analysis Based on McKinsey’s 7S Model |

Abstract: | In order to accelerate the progress of transferring basic research findings to clinical applications , so as to improve capacity in diagnosis and treatment , China has given priority to building up a group of National Major Science and Technology (S&T) infrastructures for translational medicine during the 12th Five -Year Program (2011 -15).By applying McKinsey’s 7S Model to the national major S&T infrastructure for biotherapy translational medicine, this paper analyzed strategy, style, shared values, structure, staff and skills for such S&T infrastructure for translational medicine. |
