整体护理对改善老年冠心病患者自我效能及生活质量的分析

目的：探讨整体护理对老年冠心病患者自我效能及生活质量的改善效果。方法选取2013年4月—2014年4月笔者所在医院收治的110例老年冠心病患者，随机将其分为对照组和干预组，各55例。对照组进行常规护理，干预组在此基础上采取整体护理措施。比较两组患者入院时、出院时、出院后3个月后的治疗效果、GESE评分、SAS评分、SDS评分与SF－36评分。结果研究结果显示，两组患者入院时的GESE评分、SAS评分、SDS评分与SF－36评分比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0．05），出院时与出院3个月后随访，两组患者的上述指标均较出院时有明显改善，干预组改善明显优于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（ P＜0．05）。结论采用整体护理可以有效改善老年冠心病患者自我效能及生活质量，提高治疗效果。

Analysis of the Holistic Nursing Measures to Improve the Self-efficacy and Quality of Life in Elderly Pa-tients with Coronary Heart Disease

Objective To explore self-efficacy and quality of life improvement effect on the holistic nurs-ing care of senile patients with coronary heart disease.Methods In 110 cases of elderly patients with coronary heart disease from April 2013 to April 2014 year in our hospital, randomly divided into intervention group and con-trol group, each of 55 cases.The control group was given routine nursing, while the intervention group was given holistic nursing on the basis of rountine.Comparison of GESE score, SAS score, SDS score and SF-36 score of two groups of treatment effect of patients at admission, discharge, discharged after 3 months was taken.Results The results of the study show that the two groups was not statistically significant in patients hospitalized with GESE score, SAS score, SDS score and SF-36 score difference (P>0.05).However, released from the hospital and discharged after 3 months follow-up, the index of two groups of patients were discharged with improved significant-ly, the intervention group improved significantly better than the control group.The difference was statistically sig-nificant (P<0.05).Conclusion The holistic nursing can effectively improve the elderly CHD patients self-effi-cacy and quality of life, while improve the treatment effect.
