新形势下军队医院人才队伍建设的思考

摘    要:军队医院要在激烈的市场竞争中获得生存和发展,一定要增强医院的竞争力,其核心是加快人才的培养。要转变观念,明确培养目标,严格监管培训过程,建立科学有效的考核和激励机制,积极选拔人才,尤其是高层次专科人才;要营造氛围,优化环境,合理使用人才,科学管理人才,并以学科建设为龙头,实现军队医院的可持续发展。

Construction of Talent Team in Military Hospital under the New Situation
Abstract:Military hospital should enhance the competitiveness to survive and develop in the fierce market competitions, and its core was to speed up the cultivation of the talent.For this reason,it is necessary to changing concepts, identifying training goals, strictly controlling the training process,building scientific and efficient apprais-al and incentive mechanism, actively choosing talent, especially high-level specialized talents.The sustainable development of military hospital could be realized by creating a good atmosphere, optimizing the environment, ra-tional use of talents, scientific management, enhancing subject construction and so on.
