环节管理在控制住院患者跌倒及坠床中的应用

目的：探讨环节管理在控制跌倒／坠床患者中的应用效果。方法科室成立安全小组，对每位患者进行评估，对于高危跌倒／坠床的患者在环节上进行控制，采取制度的告知，流程的完善及对护士的培训等方法预防跌倒事件的发生。结果控制前及控制后的高危患者跌倒率下降（P＜0．01），护士的主动上报率上升。结论在高危跌倒／坠床患者中运用环节质量管理，对降低高危跌倒／坠床发生率有较好的作用，并提高护理人员对高危跌倒／坠床的主动上报率；但同时也发现，护理人员对高危跌倒／坠床发生的评估能力和正确性直接影响高危跌倒／坠床评价和后续有效处理。

Application of Link Management in the Control of Accidental Falls of Inpatients

Objective To explore the efficacy of link management in controlling falls or falling out of bed in clinical practice .Methods A security team was established to assess each patient in the department .For pa-tients with high-risk of accidental falls , precautions was taken in every link of management , including notification of regulations, refinement of the process, training of nurses, etc., to prevent accidental falls.Results The rate of falls has declined significantly after the control of patients with high -risk compared with that before the control ( P<0.01), and the rate of initiative reports by nurses has increased .Conclusion In the management of patients with high-risk of accidental falls , application of link quality management can reduce the incidence of accidental falls with positive efficacy and increase initiative report rate of high -risk accidental falls by nursing staff .Howev-er, it is also revealed that capability and validity of nurses'assessment of the occurrence of high -risk accidental falls directly affects post -fall evaluation and effectiveness of subsequent treatment .
