用血游离脂肪酸及SelvesterQRS积分评价溶栓治疗

通过测定血中游离脂肪酸浓度及用ＳｅｌｖｅｓｔｅｒＱＲＳ积分法测定心肌梗塞面积,对急性心肌梗塞病人溶栓治疗后梗相关冠脉再通组与对照组的疗效进行对观察,结果表明,溶栓治疗后冠脉再通组升高的血中游离脂肪酸浓度于心肌梗塞后４天降至正常,而对照组则是心肌梗塞后１周方基本降至正常,冠脉再通组心肌梗塞１周时心肌梗塞面积缩小,对照组无明显。心肌梗塞１天时血中游离脂肪酸浓度与心肌梗塞面积中度正相关。动态观察血中游离

Evaluation of thrombolytic treatment with free fatty acids and selvester QRS scoring system

The effect of thrombolytic therapy in acute myocardial infarction (AMI) was observed by detecting blood free fatty acids (FFA) concentrations and infarct size which was determined with ECGQRS scoring system.The patients with AMI were randomly divided into treatment group (10 patients) in which we used thrombolytic therapy and control group (10 patients) in which we used the same therapy as treatment group except thrombolysis.The results showed that the high level of FFA returned to normality within four days after reperfusion in the treatment group,while they didn't return to normality even after 7 days in the control group.Infarct size reduced after one week in the treatment group,they didn't change in the control group.FFA level correlated well with the infarct size at first day after AMI.Blood FFA concentration and QRS scoring system are simple and accurate way observing AMI therapy.Thrombolysis can decrease the blood high level FFA,minimize the infarct size.
