| 摘 要： | 目的 观察围绝经期妇女应用雌激素替代治疗后颈内动脉 (ICA) ,大脑中动脉 (MCA)血液变化特点。方法 应用经颅多普勒超声系统检测脑血流的变化。妇女应用雌激素前及用药后 3个月检测ICA、MCA的血管搏动指数值。测量外周血激素水平。结果 服用雌激素后ICA、MCA的血管搏动指数值较用药前明显下降。结论 围绝经期妇女应用雌激素替代治疗可降低大脑中动脉、颈内动脉血管搏动指数 ,增加脑供血

| Abstract: | Objective Observing blood flew variations in the internal carotid artery (ICA) and middle cerebral arteries (MCA)induced by primenopausal hormone replacement therapy Methods Noninvasive transecranial Doppler ultrasound test was used to measure the pulsatility index(PI)of ICA and MCA before the medicine was given and 3 months later Serum hormone levels were measured Results The pulsatility index valuse decreased in the women after estrogen replacement therapy Conclusion When perimenopause women were treated with estrogen replacement therapy,the PI values of ICA and MCA dropped down,thus the supply of the brain blood got improved |
