精神科护士心理健康水平及影响因素调查研究

目的　了解精神科护士心理健康状况的影响因素。方法　采用SCL 90症状自评量表对 98名精神科护士、10 4名普通内科护士进行测评 ,并进行对照分析。结果　精神科护士症状自评量表 9个因子分显著高于普通内科护士。除人际关系、敌对因子外均有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1)或P <0 .0 5 ) ;除人际关系 ,精神科护士各项得分均高于国内常模 ,其中躯体化、抑郁、焦虑因子有极显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1)。普通内科护士得分低于国内常模。结论　精神科护士心理健康状况欠佳 ,建议管理者采取确实有效的措施 ,维护精神科护士的心身健康

Surveys of levels of mental health and influencing factors for nurses of psychiatric department

Objective To understand the influencing factors of mental health for nurses of psychiatric department. Methods Surveys and controlled analyses were conducted with the SCL-90 in 98 nurses of psychiatric department and 104 ones of general medicine. Results Scores of 9 factors in the SCL-90 were higher in nurses of psychiatric department than of general medicine, there was significant difference in the other factors except interpeisonal relationship and hostility (P<0.01 or P<0.05); except interpersonal relationship, scores of the other factors were higher in nurses of psychiatric department than that of national norm, of them somatization, depression and anxiety showed the most significant difference (P<0.01). Scores of the SCL-90 were lower in nurses of general medicine than in national norms. Conclusion As the status of mental health in nurses of psychiatric department is bad, we advise governors to adopt sure and effective measures to maintain their psychosomatic health.
