| 摘 要： | 通过复习崩漏文献，结合崩临床用药实践，对骨漏治疗中炭药应用问题进行了探讨。认为：炭药用于崩漏治疗有标本兼顾的优点，并非单纯为了止血；崩漏的病因和病机，仍是炭药“存性”的作用之“的”。崩漏留瘀的原因较多，不可囿于“血见黑则止”而将崩漏留瘀完全归咎于炭药。崩漏治疗中应用炭药，仍应遵循辨证用药的原则，才能宽炭药的用药思路，充分发挥炭药的治疗作用。
