| 摘 要： | 目的探讨E-cadherin在卵巢浆液性肿瘤中的表达及其临床意义。方法应用流式细胞术定量检测E-cadherin在45例卵巢浆液性肿瘤组织及5例正常卵巢组织的表达水平,并对其进行分析。结果E-cadherin在卵巢浆液性癌中的表达明显低于卵巢浆液性瘤(P<0.05),且与卵巢浆液性癌病理分级和临床分期密切相关(P<0.05)。结论卵巢浆液性癌中E-cadherin低表达促进了其侵袭和转移,E-cadherin与卵巢浆液性肿瘤的恶性程度、病理分级及临床分期密切相关。提示E-cadherin可作为诊断和判断预后的指标。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To probe into the role of E-cadherin in the development of ovarian serous tumors. Methods The expressions of E-cadherin gene protein in 45 cases with ovarian serous tumors and 5 cases ovarian normal tissues were detected quantitatively by flow cytometry. Results Expression of E-cadherin protein found in ovarian serous carcinomas was significantly less than that in ovarian serous cystadenomas(P<0.05). The expression of E-cadherin was correlated with histological grade and clinical stage(P<0.05). Conclusion The low level of E-cadherin may be linked to ovarian serous tumor invasion and mestastasis. The expression of E-cadherin may be an indication of invasion and metastasis and a strong predictor of poor survival. |
