急性胆囊炎行腹腔镜胆囊切除术临床疗效分析

目的探讨与分析腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗急性胆囊炎的临床疗效。方法对我院2010年1月～2012年11月就诊的36例急性胆囊炎患者给予腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗,对其临床疗效进行回顾性分析。结果本组36例患者中,成功完成腹腔镜胆囊切除术35例(97.2%),中转开腹1例(2.8%)。手术时间35～135 min,平均50 min。所有患者无胆管损伤、胆漏、胆道狭窄、腹腔出血等严重并发症发生。另有2例,因术中操作致胆囊内小结石挤入胆总管,术后出现腹痛、黄疸,予以行ERCP取石。结论急性胆囊炎患者给予腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗具有较好的临床疗效,且安全可行,值得临床推广。

Experience of laparoscopic cholecystectomy for acute cholecystitis

Objective To discuss and analyze the clinical effect of laparoscopic cholecystectomy for acute cholecystitis. Methods 36 cases of acute cholecystitis treated by laparoscopic cholecystectomy from January 2010 to November 2012 in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed. Results Of the 36 patients, 35 cases successfully underwent laparoscopic cholecystec- tomy（97.2% ） and one case converted to laparotomy in （2.8%）. The operation time was between 35 and 135 min, average 50 min. No complications like bile duct injury, bile leakage, stenosis of bile duct and intraperitoneal hemorrhage occurred. Another 2 cases underwent ERCP since the operation had forced small stones into the gallbladder, thus causing postoperative abdominal pain and jaundice. Conclusion Laparoscopic cholecystectomy in the treatment of patients with acute cholecystitis is clinically effective and safe. It is worthy to be recommended.
