| 摘 要： | 目的检测猪囊尾蚴病患者外周血中CD4+CD25+调节性T淋巴细胞及其FOXP3的表达情况,探讨CD4+CD25+调节性T淋巴细胞在猪囊尾蚴感染中的免疫调控作用及意义。方法采用流式细胞仪检测11例猪囊尾蚴病患者外周血中CD4+CD25+T淋巴细胞的含量,同时观察CD4+CD25+T细胞中表达FOXP3群体的百分含量。结果囊尾蚴病患者外周血中CD4+CD25+T淋巴细胞的百分含量为6.11%,较正常人(3.94%)明显升高(P<0.05);患者外周血中CD4+CD25+T细胞表达FOXP3的细胞百分含量为15.67%,与正常对照组(11.09%)有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论猪囊尾蚴病患者外周血中CD4+CD25+T淋巴细胞的百分含量显著升高,表明CD4+CD25+调节性T细胞可能参与猪囊尾蚴感染的免疫抑制。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To detect the level ofCD4^＋CD25^＋T cells and their FOXP3-expressed subpopulation in peripheral blood of patients with cysticercosis and investigate the role and significance of CD4 ＋ CD25 ＋ T cells in immune regulation of cysticercus cellulosae infection. Methods The level of CD4^＋CD25^＋ T cells andCD4^＋CD25^＋ FOXP3＋ subsets of 11 patients with cysticercosis were detected by flow cytometry. Results The percentage of CD4^＋CD25^＋ T cells of patients （ 6.11% ） was higher than that of the controls （3.94%）. The percentage ofCD4^＋CD25^＋ FOXP3 ＋ subsets （ 15.67% ） was higher than that in the controls （ 11.09% ）. Conclusion The percentage ofCD4^＋CD25^＋ T cells was higher than that of controls remarkably. The level of CD4^＋CD25^＋OXP3＋ subsets was higher. The regulation of CIM ＋ CD25 ~ T cell may be one of the reasons leading to immunosuppression on cysticercosis. |
