| 摘 要： | 本文采用 Poisson 分布与负二项分布配合 X~2适度检验的方法,对光泽县220例地方性克汀病空间分布的规律进行了研究,发现地方性克汀病空间分布规律服从于负二项分布,不服从于 Poisson 分布。表明地方性克汀病在村平均人口中的分布不是随机的,而有聚集性。使之聚集的因素可能是环境缺碘。 |

| Abstract: | This paper reports a study on the geograp(?)cal distribution of endemic cretinism in Guang Ze county,Fujian province.It was found that the prevalence rate agreed withnagative binomial distribution and did not agree with poisson distribution at diff-erent brigades.The morbidity,which at various brigades appears quite different,suggesting the geographical distribution is not random.The factor of aggregation iscontributed,to the lack of iodine in environment. |
