| 摘 要： | 目的 观察自体角膜缘干细胞移植治疗翼状胬肉的临床疗效.方法 将翼状胬肉的头部自角膜上分离,向泪阜方向及上下方向钝性分离结膜及其下方增生变性组织,直至半月皱襞处,全部切除胬肉,取带球结膜瓣的自体角膜缘组织植片移植到翼状胬肉切除处.结果 50例50眼的翼状胬肉患者的角膜上皮、结膜缺损区均在术后1～2d全部愈合,随访6～1... |

| Abstract: | Objective Clinically observed the effect of pterygium resection and transplantation with limbal stem cell. Methods Remove the pterygium totally, including underneath proliferated tissue. Translocated the health auto-conjunctira with limball stem cells to cover the naked sclera. Results 50 cases（50 eyes） of pterygium were involved.The epithelium of cornea and conjunctive in all cases was healed in 1-2 days,foUow up 6-12 months, reoccrurred in 2cases. Conelusious ptergium resection and auto-limbal stem cell transplantation is an ideal method for treatment of ptergium. |
