| 摘 要： | 针对原发性肝癌的传统治疗方法疗效欠佳、预后较差,基因治疗成为新的研究方向和热点。新的基因治疗策略不断涌现,载体系统不断更新,导人方法不断优化,动物模型不断改进,本研究就以上方面进行综述。
