止嗽散及其改进方对哮喘豚鼠作用的比较

目的:比较止嗽散及其改进方对由卵蛋白致敏哮喘豚鼠作用的异同。方法:用Wright染色法计血液和肺泡灌洗液(BALF)中嗜酸性粒细胞(EOS)的数目。采用放射免疫法和硝酸还原酶法分别测定哮喘豚鼠血清和BALF中内皮素-1(ET-1)、一氧化氮(NO)的含量。在光镜和电镜下观察哮喘豚鼠肺组织的病理变化。结果:与止嗽散比较,止嗽散改进方(MZ)能够明显减少血液和BALF中EOS的数目,降低哮喘豚鼠血清和BALF中ET-1、NO的含量,减轻哮喘豚鼠肺组织的病理改变。结论:MZ减少哮喘豚鼠体内EOS数目和降低ET-1、NO含量的作用可能与其加入地龙、杏仁等中药有关。

Comparison to effects of Zhisousan and modified Zhisousanon on the asthmatic pigs

Objective: To compare some antiasthmatic effects between Zhisousan and Modified Zhisousan. Methods: The number of eosinophilias in the blood and BALF were counted with Wright staining. The contents of ET-1 and NO in the serum and bronchialveolar lavage fluids(BALF) were analyzed with nitric acid reductase methyl and RIA. The pathological changes were observed under the optical and electron microscope. Results: Compared with Zhisousan, Modified Zhisousan descended the number of eosinophilias and the contents of ET-1 and NO in the blood and BALF remarkably. The pathological changes in the lung tissue were obviously reduced. Conclusion: The results indicate that the antiasthmatic effects of Modified Zhisousan are relative to its added Pheretima guillelmi and Armeniaca vulgaris Lam possibly.
