| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨erbB-2和erbB-3表达水平与舌鳞状细胞癌发生、发展及预后的关系.方法: 免疫组化检测52例舌鳞状细胞癌临床标本中erbB-2和erbB-3蛋白表达情况,研究erbB-2和erbB-3表达情况与舌鳞状细胞癌患者性别、年龄、临床分期、肿瘤大小、病理分级、淋巴转移的相关性. 结果: erbB-2在舌鳞状细胞癌临床标本中的阳性表达率为67.3%,erbB-3阳性率为34.6%,erbB-2/erbB-3双阳性率为26.9%.erbB-3、erbB-2/erbB-3阳性表达均与淋巴结转移呈正相关(P=0.031, P=0.002);erbB-2表达与erbB-3表达相关;而erbB-2、erbB-3、erbB-2/erbB-3阳性表达与舌鳞状细胞癌患者性别、年龄、临床分期、肿瘤大小、病理分级无相关性.结论:erbB-2和erbB-3可能均参与了该肿瘤的发生、发展过程; erbB-3、erbB-2/erbB-3阳性表达可能与舌鳞状细胞癌生物学行为、患者淋巴结转移相关.
