非酒精性脂肪性肝病(NAFLD)为国内外最常见的肝病之一,其发病率逐渐上升,但药物治疗的疗效并不确切,近年NAFLD的非药物治疗逐渐受到重视。生活方式改变和减肥手术均可对NAFLD产生积极影响,红外肝病治疗仪亦能起一定作用。尽管NAFLD的治疗手段逐渐多样化,但目前尚缺乏更多的随机对照试验来证实其有效性。

Progress in Non-drug Treatment of Non-alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease

Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease （NAFLD） is one of the most commonly seen liver disorders, and the prevalence is becoming higher and higher both at home and abroad. Considering the effect of pharmacotherapy is uncertain, more and more emphasis has been paid on non-drug treatment of NAFLD recently. Improving lifestyle and bariatric surgery are beneficial to NAFLD and the infra-red therapeutic instrument for hepatic diseases may also play some roles in the treatment of NAFLD. Nowadays there are various methods for the treatment of NAFLD, however, randomized controlled trials are needed to identify the efficacy.
