| 摘 要： | 目的探讨中医药治疗肺间质纤维化的临床疗效评定方法。方法对79例患者中医药干预前后进行中医症状疗效评定、MRC呼吸困难评分和SF-36测量。结果中医症状疗效评定结果与MRC呼吸困难评分差异较大，SF-36量表评定结果与中医症状疗效评定结果相吻合。结论SF-36量表可用于评价中医药治疗肺间质纤维化的疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore an evaluation system of TCM curative effect to Pulmonary fibrosis （PF）. Methods Evaluated 79 patients with the TCM symptom score, MRC breathing difficulties assessment and the Short-Form 36 Health Survey Scale （SF-36） before and after the intervention on Chinese medicine. Results Research results showed that evaluation results of TCM symptoms curative effect and MRC breathing difficulties assessment lack consistency, however, the results of SF-36 showed that TCM can significantly improved the quality of the patients＇ life, coincide with TCM symptoms curative effect evaluation results. Conclusion The evaluation results of TCM symptoms curative effect coincide with the results of SF-36. |
