| 摘 要： | 本文报道80例早孕人工流中手术中应用利多卡因与阿托品经阴道双侧侧穹窿局部注射,结果表明镇痛总有效率达95％,宫口松驰率95％,减少了人流综合症的发生。临床证明:利多卡因与阿托品侧穹窿局部注射扩散快、作用强、方法简便安全、无副作用,值得推广使用。

| Abstract: | The article here reports the local injection of Lidocaine and Atropine on both sides of the vagina vault on 80 early pregnancy cases in the induced abortion operations. the result indicates both the rate of analgesic effect and Uterus flaccid total to 95%. Also that lessens the rate of occrance of the induced abortion syndrome. The clinical practice shows: the injection of Lidocaine and Atropine on both sides of the vagine vault diffuses quickly ;yts effect is apparent and this method is simple,safe and wothy of being widely spread. |
