| 摘 要： | 目的观察补骨脂汤剂治疗股骨头坏死的临床疗效。方法将60例股骨头坏死患者随机分为治疗组30例,服用补骨脂汤剂;对照组30例,服用复方丹参片,两组患者均配合康复训练,疗程均为1年。以Harris评分和影像学指标进行综合临床疗效评定。结果治疗组临床总有效率为65.7%,对照组为16.7%(P<0.01)。结论补骨脂汤剂配合康复训练治疗股骨头坏死效疗较好。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical effects of "Buguzhi Decoction" in the treatment of necrosis of femoral head.Methods Sixty subjects were randomized into two groups:treatment group in which 30 cases were treated with "Buguzhi Decoction" and control group in which 30 cases were treated with "Danshen Tablet",with a course of one year.Result The total effective rate was 65.7% in treatment group and 16.7% in control group,P < 0.01.Conclusion "Buguzhi Decoction" is quite effective for necrosis of femoral head. |
