| 摘 要： | 目的了解荧光酶联免疫分析仪检测金黄色葡萄球菌肠毒素的效果。方法采用酶联荧光免疫分析仪和常规方法同时对从45份样品中检出的金黄色葡萄球菌进行肠毒素的检测，比较两种方法的检出率。结果酶联荧光免疫法金黄色葡萄球菌肠毒素检出率为69．0％，常规法的检出率为44．8％，根据统计学分析，两种方法的检测结果差异有统计学意义（t=3．04，P〈0．01）。结论酶联荧光免疫法检出率明显高于常规法，并显示出及时、快速、简单、准确的效果。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore effect of the mini VIDAS on detecting staphylococcus aureus enterotoxin.Methods Enterotoxin was detected in 45 staphylococcus aureus samples by mini VIDAS detector and conventional method simultaneously.Results The detection rate of staphylococcus aureus enterotoxin by mini VIDAS detector was 69.0%,but the detection rate by conventional method was 44.8%.The results of two methods had significant difference(t=3.04,P<0.01).Conclusion The detection rate by mini VIDAS is obviously higher than that by the conventional method.The Mini VIDAS method is fast,simple and accurate. |
