黄芩茎段直接诱导丛生芽

摘    要:黄芩带节茎段培养在MS+6-BA1mg/L+NAA0.2mg/L的培养基上,先诱导形成愈伤组织,然后出现许多绿色小芽。进一步移至MS培养基上产生大量的丛生芽。丛生芽培养干1/2MS+IBA0.5mg/L培养基上可诱导生根,形成完整植株。

Abstract:Callus was induced on modified MS medium supplemented with 6-BA 1mg/L and NAA 0.2mg/L from the stem segments of Scutellaria baicalensis. Thereafter a substantial amount of green bud apices were produced. When they were transplanted onto MS basic medium,a large amount of rosette buds were formed. Roots were induced on modified 1/2 MS medium supplemented with IBA 0. 5mg/L and intact plantlets were thus regenerated.
