从“五脏相关”理论探讨腹泻型肠易激综合征的诊治思路

辨证论治是中医学的基本特点之一，本文运用辨证论治的方法对腹泻型肠易激综合征的基本病机、诊治思路等方面进行了探讨，认为该病为多种因素综合作用，病程较长，常常寒热夹杂，虚实并见，与肝、脾、心、肾、肺等脏器有关，其主要病机为饥饱失常，劳倦过度，心神失调、肝失所养，或久病缠绵，或外邪所侵，均可致脾胃受损，日久即导致脾胃虚弱，清浊不分，混杂而下；在治疗上提出了从脾论治、从肝论治、从肾论治、从心论治和从肺论治的诊治思路。

Differential is one of the basic characteristics of TCM, in this paper, the basic pathogenesis and diagnosis and treatment ideas on treating IBS in TCM differentiation were discussed, this disease is related to liver, spleen, heart, kidney, lung and other organs, the main pathogenesis is irregular diet, overstrain, mind disorders, liver failure has raised, or lingering chronic illness, or the evils of the invasion, above all can cause stomach damage, lead to the spleen and the stomach weakness, so differential treatment from spleen, liver, kidney, heart and lung on treatment was proposed.
