温肾补肺化痰法治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期160例临床观察

目的：观察温肾补肺化痰法治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病的临床疗效。方法：将160例慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者随机分为两组，各80例，对照组患者采用常规方法治疗，治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上加用温肾补肺化痰片，连用2周为1个疗程，共4个疗程，对比治疗效果。结果：治疗组总有效率和中医证候积分明显优于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：温肾补肺化痰法对慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期患者的治疗效果明显，值得临床推广应用。

Clinical observation on treating 160 cases of chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases in slationary phase by the Wenshen Bufei Huatan therapy

Objective：To observe clinical effects of the Wenshen Bufei Huatan therapy on chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases in slationary phase. Methods：160 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, each for 80 cases, the control group only received routine treatment, the treatment group received the Wenshen Bufei Huatan therapy more, effects in two groups were compared after 4 courses of treatment. Results：The total efficacy and score of TCM medicine syndrome in the treatment group were obviously higher （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：The Wenshen Bufei Huatan therapy was very effective on chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases in slationary phase, and worthy of clinical application.
