养阴清肺汤治疗老年慢性阻塞性肺气肿的临床观察

目的：研究探讨养阴清肺汤用于治疗老年慢性阻塞性肺气肿的临床疗效。方法：选取老年慢性阻塞性肺气肿患者170例，随机分为研究组和对照组，各85例，研究组采用养阴清肺汤治疗，对照组采用一般西医基础治疗，比较分析两组患者的肺功能改善情况及临床疗效。结果：研究组85例患者中，46例显效，34例有效，5例无效，治疗总有效率为94.12%，明显高于对照组的81.18%。结论：采用养阴清肺汤治疗老年慢性阻塞性肺气肿，疗效满意，值得在临床上推广应用。

Clinical observation on treating chronic obstructive pulmonary emphysema in elderly with the Yangyin Qingfei decoction

Objective：To study clinical efficacy of the Yangyin Qingfei decoction on chronic obstructive pulmonary emphysema in elderly. Methods： 170 patients were randomly divided into two groups, the study group was given the Yangyin Qingfei decoction, and another was given conventional western medicine. Results：In the study group, 46 cases were markedly effective, 34 were effective, 5 were invalid, the total efficiency was 94.12%, obviously higher than 81.18% in the control. Conclusion： The Yangyin Qingfei decoction was good at treating chronic obstructive pulmonary emphysema in elderly, and is worthy of clinical promotion.
